	Competitive Rates -	Service Call $53.00 for the first hour, Hourly rate thereafter $39.00 for standard service. Helpers, when needed $20.00 per hour. Special application service calls $72.50 for the first hour, hourly rate thereafter $52.00.You will be paying for professional services always.

	Air Filters -	Custom made air filters of different media. (Permanent or Disposable) Bulk priced by the case-lot (12) Commercial / Residential, The air filter is the heart of the system, it must be clean at all times. Washable or other permanent types being sold today require consultation by your air conditioning contractor. Your system may not benefit from these permanent filters and require system modifications most of the time. These filters are highly restrictive.
	Commercial Ventilation -	Product conveying or non-product conveying. We can install or maintain all your ventilation equipment. Make-up air unit sales and service available also. Special built exhaust systems with custom control panels taylored for specific types of ventilation requirements.
	Commercial Ductwork -	Interior finish-outs, Communication Rooms, Zone heating, High / Low Pressure Ducts, Air Balancing, and Design. Must provide plans for review.
	Coils -	Chemical Cleaning, and servicing of evaporator and condenser coils. Chiller barrels.
	Rooftop Units -	Service or removal for roof repairs. Crane and Helicopter Services available.

	Electric Heating -	We make electric heat systems more efficient by staging your electric heat strips, your electric load could be cut by 50%. Add a humidifier.
	Heat Pumps -	Your heat pump needs yearly service if it is to save you money.
