Grapevine Water Tower, City of Grapevine, Texas

The project scope here was to condition the environment inside of this structure after three floors were poured and elevator installed. We installed four Liebert systems on floor #2 and #3. A Trane split system served the common areas on floors 2 and 3 with the elevator control room on the first floor.

Rockwall Water Tower, City of Rockwall, Texas

The project scope here was to condition the environment inside of this structure after three floors were poured and elevator installed. We installed one electric/electric split system on floor #2 and mini-split cool only unit for elevator control room floor #1.
