When Marc LaBrecque started this company we provided to multi-unit residential properties the service of removal and re-installation of rooftop air conditioning systems for roofwork to be done. We traveled all across this great State of Texas, 400-600 units at a time. Over the years, we have re-formatted the Company's services to commercial properties.   Our Company on a commercial and sometimes residential level, specializes in service, design and installation of environmental air conditioning equipment. Product or non-product conveying ventilation systems, gas or electric heating, refrigeration, custom controls, interior duct finish-outs, and refrigerant recovery. At the present time, licensing and regulation limits our installations to 100 tons per unit. This shall be changed in the near future. We offer preventive maintenance agreements and service contracts for all services provided.

  We are currently in the market to purchase commercial property in order to allow the growth of our Company and this industry. We are honored and here to stay and grow with the Dallas/Ft.Worth Metroplex.
