The Evaporator coil: This is the part of the air conditioning system that does the actual cooling of your supply air. Warm air from a room passes through the air filter into the blower and then across this coil. The surface of this coil is refrigerated by the refrigerant and the heat from room air is transfered to this coil, therefore lowering the temperature of your supply air.
